I had to wait over 20 minutes to get hand-paid and the man who paid me made a mistake on my social security number. Other than this past visit where I hit a $1200 jackpot, I have usually lost. I play table game consistently and have never once earned match play. Every single time I go, I never earn more than $25 of free slot play, often just $5 - $15. So here we go! The bad / unfortunate: I have been to Parx approximately 2 times a month for the past several months. I hate to write a negative review of this establishment, because it has so much more potential to be a great gaming destination for Pennsylvania, but it consistently falls short and my last experience I was disgusted with the XClub representative's response to an inquiry I made.
